We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please make your return within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail or making your purchase in store. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or to a gift card.
Please note sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, books, monogrammed items, and special orders are final sale.
Guidelines for returning items purchased online:
- Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 7 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.
- Returns should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
- The shipping cost will not be refunded.
- We do not not provide shipping labels for return. We recommend choosing a return method that includes tracking.
- Send returns to Picking Daisies, 107 W. Way St. Suite 12, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. Please include your packing slip.
- We are unable to orchestrate exchanges online.
