The character Elsa is one of the strongest female role models in our children's generation, so it was only natural for us to want to bring her transformation dress to life. This dreamy, elegant dress has our signature soft stretchy velvet top, and delicate 3/4 length mesh sleeves. The dress also features a full tulle skirt in sparkly turquoise, lined with a cotton underskirt and a magical silver snowflake printed tulle cape (removable).
